Students of Alanya University’s Food Quality Control and Analysis Department are required to complete an internship in order to reinforce the theoretical knowledge and laboratory experience they have gained throughout their studies.
The internship process aims to provide students with practical experience in Food Production Facilities, Food Analysis Laboratories, Quality Control Centers, and relevant research institutions. During this period, students actively participate in quality control procedures, analytical techniques, microbiological and chemical examinations, process management, and food safety practices while observing the production stages of food products on-site.
In this way, they are trained as well-equipped, competent technical staff who are ready for professional life after graduation and able to meet the needs of the sector.
